Hire InterLink Engineering’s internal team directly on a project-by-project basis. Our diverse, experienced team of professionals can typically start within a week of receiving an order and can work can be paused at any time.
Why:
Hiring a full team provides numerous benefits including diverse design ideas, varying experience levels, and a wider range of capabilities compared to a single individual. Our InterLink office is equipped with advanced capabilities such as 3D printed prototypes, analysis and simulation, rendering, 3D scanning, and inspection. We ensure regular check-ins to provide you with project updates and offer extensive consultation on overall project advice and designing for manufacturing. This is especially useful for projects lasting less than three months, when day-to-day management of a worker is not possible, or when additional technical expertise, experience, or manpower is required.
Employee Status:
Projects are overseen by our internal team at the InterLink office. InterLink Engineering operates as an external services contractor, eliminating the need for HR.
Hiring Process:
Make an appointment with a member of InterLink’s engineering management team to discuss the project’s requirements, receive a quote for services, and get started.
Compensation:
Present your project to our team for evaluation, and receive an estimate considering both time and materials or hard deliverables. Completed projects by the Internal InterLink team are usually invoiced weekly, covering time spent and materials purchased. In some cases, a deposit may be required, which will be used as credit on invoices going forward.
Termination and Transition:
When a project comes to a new phase, InterLink is happy to provide quotes for additional services we offer, or recommend manufacturers for continuing product growth or development. Should a project need to be paused, simply communicate to let us know and no further time will be spent or billed beyond that point. We are happy to work with you to complete a project in the most satisfactory way possible.
